Who we are

What we collect

• Forms. When you use the contact, academy or download forms on this site, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.
• Bookings. Sessions are booked and paid through Acuity Scheduling and Stripe. They collect your name, contact details and payment information. We never see or store your card number.
• Site usage. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, device information and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To reply to you, deliver what you asked for, and run your lessons and assessments.
• To send occasional emails about coaching and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and business: Acuity Scheduling and Stripe (booking and payment), Mailchimp and Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising). Each processes your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and ads

You can control cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of personalized ads, use Google Ads Settings and your Facebook ad preferences.

Accessing or deleting your data

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email dave@davelambertgolf.com with the subject line "Delete my data" from the email address you used with us. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, including removing you from our email list and asking our service providers to delete what they hold for us, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
