Your first lesson — the foundation for creating meaningful change.
In this 90-minute session, you’ll gain a clear understanding of the root causes behind your swing issues — whether it’s slices, hooks, fat shots, thin shots, overall inconsistency or lack of power.
We’ll use advanced technology (Swing Catalyst Dual Motion Force Plate & TrackMan) and Functional Movement -based coaching to connect the dots between your what your brain is telling your body, what your body does to the club and what the club does to the ball.
You’ll experience what it feels like to organize your body more athletically, use the ground more effectively, and create the control that leads to better shots.
A clear understanding of why your swing behaves the way it does.
Actionable “root cause” fixes that elevate your level of movement control.
